Deep Cleaning Services
I. Scope of Work:

A professional crew of trained specialists that are committed to deep clean your home for 8 hours

Complete coverage of your hotel’s kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms & other living areas including spaces your daily regimen doesn’t address

Surface management that covers mirrors, windows, ceilings & floors, treatment of all wooden & steel surfaces Sanitization of toilets, showers, tubs & sinks
All Rooms:
- All-encompassing surface management i.e. wiping with the correct chemicals, all surfaces along with mirrors, windows and floo₹
- Cleaning all glass panes and windows that are safe to access.
- Dusting of walls and furniture, Cobweb removal.
- Dusting of Ceilings and all Electrical Fixtures, except for chandelie₹
- Wet and Dry mopping of floo₹
- We do not offer floor scrubbing in this service. This can be added as an add-on service with additional charges of 1.25/- Psf. (Floor Scrubbing - Specialized machines with the use of correct cleaning & disinfecting chemicals that remove the deep layers of dirt from the floo₹ Wooden floors not included.)
Kitchen/ Pantry :
- Scrub & wipe and disinfect kitchen tiles.
- Scrub & wipe of Exhaust fan.
- Removing Cleaning and fitting of kitchen trolleys.
- Wipe and organize all exterior shelves.
- Clean accessible surfaces with the correct biodegradable chemicals.
- Dusting of walls and furniture, Cobweb removal.
- Cleaning of windows.
- Wet and Dry mopping of floor.
- Cleaning and Wiping of Fridge from outside
Windows Cleaning
- Vacuuming of all window channels & removing of dust.
- Scrub and wipe of all window channels.
- Cleaning of Glasses.
- Dust removing of mosquito net.
Bathroom:
- Scrub & wipe and disinfect bathroom tiles.
- Buffing and sanitizing of the toilet, sink and shower.
- Wipe and organize exterior shelves.
- Cleaning of mirrors and glass.
- Cleaning of Windows.
- Clean & wipe greaser.
- Dusting of walls, Cobweb removal.
Floor Sterilization
- Wet and dry mopping of complete premises.
Furniture Cleaning
- Dry dusting of furniture around the house.
Sofa / Chairs / Mattress Cleaning
- Dry vacuuming of Sofa / Chairs & Mattresses is included in deep cleaning.
- Shampooing / washing of Sofa/ Chairs/ Mattresses will be charged Extra.
Please Note
- We do not wash painted walls with water in this service. This can be added as an add-on service with additional charges.
- We do not clean the insides of cupboards, cabinets and drawers unless empty, for security reasons.
- We do not clean windows from the outside, unless it's explicitly safe.
- Heavy fixtures and furniture would not be moved by our team unless they are empty.
- Scheduling a service requires allotment of manpower and hence any cancellation and rescheduling would be charged ` 1000 extra. In the case of rescheduling the appointment, we would not charge an additional fee if the appointment is rescheduled 24 hours before the service is to take place
- Loft Cleaning is done in deep and kitchen service (loft in kitchen) provided its empty when team arrives and if it’s accessible from outside. Should the client need someone to sit inside and do the cleaning of loft, it’s an add-on paid service.
- Utensil, Stoves and Oven is not cleaned kitchen cleaning.
Carpet /Sofa /Mattress Shampooing Services
Carpet Shampooing
The process of carpet shampooing includes
- Foam Treatment to shampoo carpets
- Use of injection extraction/ vacuum machine to pull out dirt and water
- Letting fan or air conditioner on post the service for carpet to dry
- The duration for the carpet to dry solely depends on the thickness of the carpet and the amount of air supplied for the carpets to dry. (Average time is 8 hours in summer & winter)
Sofa/Chair Shampooing
For sofas & chairs that are upholstered with Fabric, we perform the following
- Foam Treatment to shampoo upholstered sofa & chair
- Use of injection extraction/ vacuum machine to pull out dirt and water
- Letting fan or air conditioner on post the service for upholstered sofa and chair to dry
- The duration for the upholstered sofa and chair to dry solely depends on the thickness of the upholstery and the amount of air supplied for the carpets to dry. (Average time is 4 hours in summer & winter)
For sofas & chairs that are upholstered with leather we perform a treatment a using leather cleaning cream. We do not Shampoo Suede / Velvet material. These would be vacuum cleaned only
Fridge Deep Cleaning Services
For Deep cleaning of Fridge, we perform the following
- We will removed all old accumulated food.
- We will wash the fridge from inside and outside with mild bio radical chemicals.
- We will wipe and dry the Fridge for reuse.
